What kinds of tea do you supply and in what grades?
We specialise in supplying 100% pure Assam tea in bulk — particularly CTC (Crush-Tear-Curl) grades such as Dust, PD, PF, BP, BOP and BOPSM, etc.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders?
Our minimum order quantity is typically 40 kg, though we also quote for 36 kg or below depending on the grade.
How do you package the tea for bulk orders / what packaging options are available?
We use food-grade bulk packaging including multi-layer paper sacks or jute bags. For special orders we can customise packaging as required.
Do you provide samples before placing a large order?
Yes — we can provide tea samples on request so you can check quality before committing to a bulk purchase. Sample charges and shipping may apply.
What are your delivery / shipping times and charges?
Delivery time is generally about 7–15 working days after order confirmation and payment. We offer free shipping across India for many of our bulk grades.
What are your payment terms for wholesale orders?
Usually we ask for 100% advance (full payment) at the time of order confirmation, though for regular clients we may consider alternative terms upon mutual agreement.
Are your teas blended or flavoured?
No — we supply only plain-Assam teas in bulk (no flavoured or blended variants) so you get authentic, unblended tea straight from Assam gardens.
What quality assurance or standards do you adhere to?
We source teas directly from factories in Assam, maintain fresh garden-leaf sourcing, ensure food-grade packing, and maintain high standards of grade consistency and reliability. (You may want to add any certifications you have, e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, organic, etc.)
Can you handle export orders (outside India) or only domestic?
While our primary operations are in India, we’re experienced in large-scale wholesale supply and can discuss export orders — please contact us to talk through documentation, shipping, export customs, etc.
