1. Accurate Delivery Information

To ensure successful and timely delivery, customers must provide:

  • A complete and accurate address

  • A valid and active phone number

  • Any special delivery instructions, if required

  • Assurance that someone will be available to receive the package

Northeast Exports is not responsible for loss, delay, or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Invalid phone number

  • Unreachable or unavailable recipients

Deliveries cannot be scheduled or processed without accurate and complete delivery details.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding national or government holidays.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on location, courier network, and transit conditions.

  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional time.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. No Return / Exchange Policy

We do not accept return or exchange requests for any product.
Customers must raise any issue within 2 days of delivery for it to be considered.

4. Third-Party Logistics Partners

We have partnered with trusted courier and logistics companies to provide smooth delivery services. However:

  • Northeast Exports is not liable for delays, transit damage, or extended delivery timelines caused by the courier company.

  • Once the order has been dispatched from our facility, delivery is beyond our control.

In case of delays, we will coordinate with the courier partner to help fast-track your delivery, but we cannot guarantee timelines or accept responsibility for third-party delays.

5. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Courier company’s inability to deliver

The order can be re-shipped at the customer’s request, with additional shipping charges applicable.
