1. Eligibility

2. Working Hours

Our standard working hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Government Holidays, and any days instructed by authorities.

Working hours may change without prior notice.

3. Use of Cookies

Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. By continuing to use the site, you consent to our use of cookies.

4. Payments

We accept multiple payment methods, including cards and net banking.
All transactions are processed through RBI-approved and secure payment gateways.

Northeast Exports is not responsible for:

  • Payment failures

  • Technical errors

  • Server issues

  • Any monetary loss due to bank/payment gateway malfunctions

Any such concerns should be raised directly with your bank or payment provider.

5. Offers & Discounts

From time to time, Northeast Exports may offer:

  • Discounts

  • Coupons

  • Promotional codes

These will be applied at our sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
Two offers cannot be clubbed together unless explicitly stated.

6. Delivery Timelines

Please expect a delivery time of 4–7 working days.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Location and terrain

  • Logistics issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Northeast Exports does not guarantee delivery timelines.

For non-serviceable locations, shipments may be sent via India Post or an alternate courier. Delivery timelines for such shipments are beyond our control.

Scheduled or customized delivery requests are not possible, as deliveries are handled by third-party logistics partners.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • No cancellation charges are applied by us.

  • Payment gateway fees (approx. 2–4%) will be deducted when processing refunds.

  • After shipment, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchange requests.

If an order is returned to us by the courier:

  • It may be re-delivered at an additional cost

  • Customers must contact Northeast Exports to arrange re-delivery

Any loss or damage caused by the courier must be taken up directly with the delivery partner.

9. Product Information

Our products use natural ingredients and contain no chemical preservatives.
Due to natural variations, products may sometimes appear slightly different in colour or texture, but their quality remains intact until the printed expiry date.

Customers with known allergies should do a patch test or consult a medical professional before use.
Refunds due to allergic reactions will not be processed.

Product prices may change without prior notice. Temporary overlaps in old/new prices during stock transitions may occur.

Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) are managed by separate teams and are not for customer service.
We aim to respond to queries within 5 business days.
Delays may occur during weekends, holidays, or when coordination with external agencies (courier, payment gateway, etc.) is required.
