Return and Refund Policy
At Northeast Exports, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Northeast Exports does not charge any cancellation fee.
However, payment gateway charges (approximately 2–4% of the order value) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Northeast Exports follows a strict No Return / No Exchange policy.
We do not accept return or exchange requests for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with taste or personal preference
Ordering the wrong product
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Tampered Products
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You may request a return within 7–10 days of delivery if:
The product received is damaged
The packaging is tampered
You have received the wrong product
The product does not match the description
Note:
Taste-based returns or dissatisfaction returns are not accepted as per our no-return policy.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return for eligible issues (damaged/incorrect products):
Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7–10 days.
Provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
After review, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the process.
5. Refund or Replacement
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
We may issue a replacement of the product (if available),
orProcess a refund (full or partial depending on the issue),
orProvide store credit for future purchases
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Delivery Partner Issues
We work with third-party logistics companies.
Any loss, damage, or delay caused by the courier must be taken up directly with the delivery partner.
If the courier returns the order to us due to failed delivery attempts or wrong address, the product can be re-shipped at additional cost.
7. Pricing Changes
Product prices may be updated periodically.
During stock transitions, you may receive a product with an older printed rate. This does not affect quality or freshness.
8. Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
Returns will not be processed if:
The product is used, opened, or not in its original packaging
The product is returned without approval or RMA
The return request is raised after 10 days
The issue is not supported by valid proof (photos/videos)
